SUPPORT COORDINATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS: TO PROVIDE TRAINING, EDUCATION, LINKING, PLANNING AND COORDINATION SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE WITHIN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 6/30/22, 1,608 CITIZENS IN NEW JERSEY ARE SELF-DIRECTED THROUGH SELF-DIRECTED SERVICES.
COMMUNITY LIVING PROGRAMS: TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 6/30/22, NEIGHBOURS SUPPORTED 32 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE WITHIN THEIR OWN HOMES IN A LOCAL COMMUNITY OF THEIR CHOICE.
