DURING JANUARY 2014, A NEW FISCAL AGENT WAS APPOINTED TOOVERSEE THE FISCAL MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT FUNDS. WITH SUCH REAPPOINTMENT, GRANT FUNDS PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED BY REGIONAL CENTER FOR WORKFORCE EXCELLENCE AS PASSED THROUGH THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY BUREAU OF JOB TRAINING WILL NO LONGER BE RECEIVED. OPERATIONS CONCLUDED IN FY 2018.
