DEATH BENEFITS - BENEFITS PAID TO MEMBERS FAMILIES UPON THEIR DEATHS. PROMOTES THE FOPS EXEMPT PURPOSE BY PROMOTING GOODWILL WITHIN MEMBERSHIP.
