THE ORGANIZATION'S TARGET AUDIENCE INCLUDES SMALL VILLAGES, THE URBAN AREA OF THE CITY OF KODIAK, THE US COAST GUARD STATION, THE FISHING FLEET, AND SHORE-BASED FISH PROCESSORS.
