CONSUMER INFORMATION AND PROMOTION: PROMOTION OF THE PORK INDUSTRY THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA/ADVERTISING; DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS; AND PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING AWARENESS, ENCOURAGING CONSUMPTION, AND GENERAL PROMOTION OF THE PORK INDUSTRY.
EDUCATION AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY: SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS THAT INFORM A VARIETY OF AUDIENCES ABOUT THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF PORK, PORK PRODUCTION, AND HOG FARMING, INCLUDING SECONDARY EDUCATION CURRICULUM PROGRAMS THAT OFFER IN- CLASS LESSONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS OF PORK PREPARATION.
