IT IS A NON-PROFIT, SERVICE-ORIENTED ORGANIZATION COMPRISED OF A DIVERSE MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTING ALL SEGMENTS OF THE PET INDUSTRY AND PET OWNERS WHO CARE FOR PETS AND THE PET INDUSTRY.
