INDIAN EDUCATION: PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL SUPPORT TO AMERICAN INDIAN CHILDREN. PROVIDES HOMEWORK AND TUTORIAL ASSISTANCE, ACADEMIC ASSISTANCE, ACADEMIC AND CAREER COUNSELING THROUGH THE USE OF TUTORS AND MENTORS GRADES K-12.


SOCIAL SERVICES: PROGRAMS IMPROVING THE LIFES OF NATIVE AMERICAN CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH HEALTH, WELFARE AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. OLDER YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT EDUCATIONAL AND JOB ASSISTANCE.


FOSTER CARE: INDIAN CHILD WELFARE ACT (ICWA); AICRC HANDLES CHILD PROTECTION CASES (INCLUDING CHILD ABUSE,CHILD NEGLECT, AND ADOPTION) INVOLVING INDIAN CHILDREN AND ESTABLISHES A PREFERENCE FOR EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OVER THESE CASES. PROVIDES SOCIAL SERVICES TO INDIAN CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND THE PLACEMENT,IF NECESSARY OF SUCH CHILDREN IN FOSTER OR ADOPTIVE HOMES WHICH WILL REFLECT THE UNIQUE VALUES OF INDIAN CULTURE AND A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
