THE FOUNDATION IDENTIFIED A SITE FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING. A DEVELOPEMENT TEAM WAS PUT IN PLACE TO ASSIST WITH THE PROJECT FOR URBAN RENEWAL/AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE DEVELOPING ENTITY WAS FORMED AS WEST 52ND AFFORDABLE DEVELOPERS, LLC., OF WHICH CLINTON HOUSING ASSOCIATION WAS A 35% MEMBER. CONSTRUCTION ON THE PROPERTY BEGAN DURING 2012 AND WAS COMPLETED IN 2014. CLINTON HOUSING ASSOCIATION HAS COMMENCED THE PROCESS OF LOCATING AND IDENTIFYING FUTURE SUITABLE LOCATIONS/PROPERTIES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE CLINTON REGION OF NEW YORK CITY. ALL FOUNDATION FUNDS ARE INTENDED TO BE USED FOR FUTURE AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPEMENT.
