ALL BLIND PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES IN THE UNITED STATES (APPROXIMATELY 7 MILLION AS REPORTED BY THE U.S. CENSUS DEPARTMENT) ARE POTENTIALLY BENEFITTED BY THESE ACTIVITIES.
