CONDUCTING EVENTS WHICH PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC BELLE ISLE BOATHOUSE AS WELL AS PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE GREATER DETROIT COMMUNITY.
