SERVICES PROVIDED TO DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING CLIENTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES INCLUDING DAYTIME ACTIVITIES, WEEKLY OUTTINGS, HOLIDAY AND BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS. PROVIDED SUPPORT TO APPROXIMATELY 70 CLIENTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS WITH BUDGETING SUPPORT, HOUSING REFERRALS, COORDINATION WITH PROBATION AND PAROLE, MEDICAL TREATMENT AND SUPPORT AT APPOINTMENTS, PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES THROUGH PARTNER PROVIDERS.
