WHOLE LIFE INSURANCE WAS SOLD, PREMIUMS WERE COLLECTED AND SUBMITTED TO THE GRAND LODGE TO BE PAID TO THE INSURANCE CARRIER. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWRARDED TO JUNIOR VIKINGS TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION AFTER OBTAINING A HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE. A PHYSICAL PLANT WAS EXPANDED AND MAINTAINED FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,600 MEMBERS FOR MEETINGS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE FATERNALISM AND PATERNALISM.
