THE FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP CIVIC LEAGUE PUBLISHES A NEWSPAPER TO INFORM ITS MEMBERS REGARDING PUBLIC ISSUES AND CIVIC RESPONSIBILITIES.


THE FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP CIVIC LEAGUE PROVIDED FINANCIAL AID TO NEEDY FAMILIES IN THE AREA TO PROMOTE CIVIC AWARENESS IN THE COMMUNITY.
