THE COUNCIL PROVIDED HOME REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO HANDICAPPED AND SENIOR CITIZENS OF THE BACK OF THE YARDS COMMUNITY ALONG WITH PROVIDING BUSINESS COUNSELING, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE BACK OF THE YARDS COMMUNITY.


THE COUNCIL PROVIDED MAINTENANCE AND BEAUTIFICATION, COORDINATED MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES, BUSINESS RETENTION, SECURITY SERVICES, ASSISTED THE UNEMPLOYED WITH FINDING A JOB AND PROVIDED OTHER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE BACK OF THE YARDS COMMUNITY.
