COMPREHENSIVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT - MAINTAINING SCOUTING FACILITIES AND PROVIDING SCOUTING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO PEOPLE WITHIN THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHCENTRAL KANSAS REGION IN ORDER TO INSTILL VALUES IN YOUNG PEOPLE, PREPARING THEM TO MAKE ETHICAL CHOICES. DURING 2021, COMPREHENSIVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS WERE DELIVERED TO PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES; AND INDIVIDUALS WERE TRAINED IN YOUTH PROTECTION/LEADERSHIP TRAINING.
