THE MISSION OF THE ANNA L. HAAS HUMANE SOCIETY OF COBB COUNTY IS TO PROMOTE HUMANE WELFARE AND RESPONSIBLE ANIMAL GUARDIANSHIP THROUGH EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH, SHELTER AND SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS.OUR VOLUNTEER-BASED, NO-KILL SHELTER PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO ANIMALS AND PET OWNERS IN COBB COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 100 CATS AND A FEW DOGS UNDER OUR CARE AT ANY GIVEN TIME, MOST OF WHOM ARE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. WE EDUCATE ABOUT HUMANE AND RESPONSIBLE ANIMAL GUARDIANSHIP THROUGH PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND OFFER VARIOUS RESOURCES TO THOSE IN NEED. WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS AND GENEROUS SUPPORTERS, OUR PROGRAMS CONTINUE TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF ANIMALS.
