SERVICING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF GREATER DELAWARE VALLEY, INC. IS A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION THAT BENEFITS THE PROFITABLE GROWTH OF THE SERVICING CONTRACTING INDUSTRY. THE ASSOC. SPONSORS AND ASSISTS VARIOUS PROGRAMS WHICH PROMOTE THE INDUSTRY AND BENEFIT ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES AND IS FUNDED BY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES PLUS CONTRIBUTIONS.

DURING THE YEAR, THE ASSOCIATION FURTHERED ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES TO ENGAGE IN ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY FOR WHICH NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS MAY BE ORGANIZED UNDER THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION LAW OF 1972, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY MACHINERY TO NEGOTIATE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS SPECIFICALLY COVERING THE CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, WAGES, TRAINING PROGRAMS, UPGRADING OF PROCEDURES AND ALL OTHER SUBJECTS WHICH BENEFIT THE PROFITABLE GROWTH OF THE SERVICE BUSINESS OF THE MEMBERS, AND TO ADMINISTER INDUSTRY FUNDS, JOINT APPRENTICESHIP FUNDS AND FURTHER THE AVAILABILITY OF SKILLED SERVICE MECHANICS.
