THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO TWO (2) APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA. BOTH COMPLEXES ARE OWNED AND OPERATED BY FELLOW NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND ALL TENANTS ARE LOWER INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. RENTS ARE CHARGED AT WELL BELOW MARKET VALUE (35% TO 40% BELOW FMV) TO MAKE THESE UNITS AFFORDABLE TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. THE ORGANIZATION MANAGED DAY-TO-DAY AFFAIRS FOR APPROXIMATELY 250 RESIDIENTIAL UNITS, INCLUDING THE CLEANLINESS, QUALITY, AND SAFETY OF THE APARTMENTS AND ALL COMMON AREAS, INCLUDING LAWNS, SIDEWALKS, GREEN SPACES, AND PARKING LOTS.
