CAVALRY EXPENSES MAINTENANCE OF CAVALRY EQUIPTMENT TRAINING FOR HISTORIC REINACTMENTS AND MOUNTED CALALRY DUTIES AND NATIONAL GUARD RECRUITING RETENTION AND OTHER SUPPORT DURING AND FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SERVICE INCLUDING EXPENSES DURING INACTIVE AND ACTIVE DUTY TRAINING.
