GREATER PHILADELPHIA FILMMAKERS PROGRAM: THIS PROGRAM SERVES THE REGIONAL INDEPENDENT MEDIA ARTS COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, INDUSTRY WORKSHOPS, FISCAL SPONSORSHIP SERVICES, AND SCREENWRITING COMPETITIONS.


FILM PRODUCTION ATTRACTION: THIS PROGRAMS GOAL IS TO GROW THE LOCAL FILM AND VIDEO INDUSTRY IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, RECOGNIZING ITS HUGE ECONOMIC IMPACT IN JOB CREATION AND ITS UNPARALLELED PUBLIC RELATIONS EFFECTS FOR THE REGION.


PRODUCTION COORDINATION PROGRAM: THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA FILM OFFICE PROVIDES PRODUCERS FREE ASSISTANCE WITH PARKING, PERMITS, LABOR, AND LOCATIONS, AND GENERALLY ACTS AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN THE PRODUCTION AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, CUTTING THROUGH THE RED TAPE.
