THE MISSION OF THE SOUTHESTERN PENNSYLVANIA CONSORTIUM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF ACADEMIC PROGRAMMING, STUDENT ACCESS, INSTITUTIONAL OPERATIONS, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH AT THE MEMBERS' COLLEGES THROUGH INTER-INSTITUTIONAL COOPERATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL LINKAGES.
