THE CHELTENHAM EDUCATORS' ASSOCIATION NEGOTIATED, IMPLEMENTED AND MONITORED FOR COMPLIANCE THE CONDITIONS AGREED UPON IN THE CONTRACT IN EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2022 AND THE NEW CONTRACT FROM JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2024. THE CHELTENHAM EDUCATORS' ASSOCIATION PROCESSED GRIEVANCES AND REPRESENTED MEMBERS BEFORE THE ADMINISTRATION. THE CEA REPRESENTED MEMBER CONCERNS AS RELATED TO BENEFITS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND WORKING CONDITIONS.
