PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF POLICY GUIDES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION TEMPLATES FOR PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOL BOARDS ON AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION BASIS. SERVING SCHOOL DISTRICTS, CAREER AND TECHNICAL CENTERS AND INTERMEDIATE UNITS. POLICY AND ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS SERVICES - 573 MEMBER ENTITIES AGENDA MANAGEMENT SERVICES - 258 MEMBER ENTITIES.
