EASY DOES IT, INC. (EDI) PROVIDES OVER 50 SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING UNITS FOR HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN RECOVERING FROM SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS. EDI PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES INCLUDING THE DELIVERY OF CERTIFIED RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES, ASSESSMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL'S RECOVERY CAPITAL AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALIZED RECOVERY PLANS, CONNECTION TO LICENSED DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH, DELIVERY OF LIFE-SKILLS GROUPS, POST-DISCHARGE FOLLOW UP, AND RECOVERY-ORIENTED ACTIVITIES THAT FACILITATE FAMILY REUNIFICATION AND SOCIAL REINTEGRATION.
