A PARTNER TO THE SCHOOLS, ACPA PROVIDES A FREE LITERACY AND THEATER PROGRAM TO MORE THAN 17,278 STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN 20 YORK AND ADAMS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
