MONITORING PROGRAMS - FOCUSING ON THE NEEDS OF CONSUMERS RECEIVING SERVICES FUNDED THROUGH THE DELAWARE COUNTY OFFICE OF MENTAL RETARDATION, THE DELAWARE COUNTY ADVOCACY & RESOURCE ORGANIZATION GATHERS INFORMATION REGARDING CONSUMER'S SATISFACTION WITH THE SUPPORT THEY RECEIVE AND LIFE OUTCOMES, CONTRIBUTES TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF "BEST PRACTICES- AND UTILIZES THE DATA TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT PROVIDED TO CONSUMERS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN DELAWARE COUNTY.
