THE AMERICAN MEDICINE CHEST CHALLENGE (AMCC), LLC WAS ESTABLISHED AS PART OF A NATIONAL CAMPAIGN TO PROVIDE AWARENESS ABOUT THE DANGERS OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. THE AMCC WAS DESIGNED TO BE A DISREGARDED ENTITY WITH ITS OPERATIONAL INCOME REPORTABLE BY THE ORGANIZATION FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSES.
