AS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO), THE CORPORATION SHALL STRIVE TO PROVIDE DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES, IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE OVERWHELMING HOUSING NEED.
