VWW WORKS TO EDUCATE WOMEN, GIRLS AND GENDER-EXPANSIVE YOUTH ABOUT THE WIDE ARRAY OF CAREERS AVAILABLE TO THEM, INCLUDING THOSE CONSIDERED NON -TRADITIONAL FOR WOMEN, TO WHICH MANY WOMEN, GIRLS AND GENDER -EXPANSIVE YOUTH ARE NEVER INTRODUCED.
