NORMA E. POST MEMORIAL FOURTH OF JULY TOWN CELEBRATION SCHOLARSHIP IS AWARDED TO A STUDENT WHO MUST BE A HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR FROM THE TOWN OF ENFIELD WHO HAS GIVEN TIME AND ENERGIES IN A VOLUNTEER CAPACITY AT THE FOURTH OF JULY TOWN CELEBRATION, IN THE COMMUNITY, AND WHO IS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. THE STUDENT ALSO MUST PLAN TO ATTEND A POST HIGH SCHOOL INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING.
