PROVIDE A HOST OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO HELP BETTER SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE EMERGENCY RESPONDERS WITHIN THE GREATER SOUTHERN TIER REGION OF NEW YORK STATE. THE PRIMARY SERVICE AREA INCLUDES, CHEMUNG, SCHUYLER AND STEUBEN COUNTIES.
