INSTRUCTION OF MUSIC, DANCE, THEATRE, VISUAL ARTS & LITERATURE TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS, PRINCIPALLY THROUGH THE NEW YORK STATE LICENSED MEDICAID WAIVERED DAYHABILITATION PROGRAM.
