IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
