THE ENTITY OWNS AND RENTS SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES AND MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES, AS WELL AS OWNS AND MANAGES APARTMENT COMPLEXES FOR LOW INCOME, ELDERLY RESIDENTS.


THE ENTITY IMPROVES HOUSING CONDITIONS AND PROMOTES NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION THROUGH ACQUISITION/REHABILITATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS WHICH ARE SOLD TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
