DURING 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SCHOOL WIDE SERVICES FOR APPROXIMATELY 6,989 STUDENTS AND CASE MANAGED 537 STUDENTS. 48 HIGH RISK STUDENTS SERVED BY THE ORGANIZATION GRADUATED IN 2021. THE ORGANIZATION SERVICED GLYNN AND MCINTOSH COUNTIES.THE ORGANIZATION CONNECTS STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO CRITICAL COMMUNITY RESOURCES TAILORED TO LOCAL NEEDS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH A ONE-ON-ONE RELATIONSHIP WITH A CARING ADULT, A SAFE PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, A HEALTHY START AND FUTURE, A MARKETABLE SKILL UPON GRADUATION AND A CHANCE TO GIVE BACK TO PEERS AND THE COMMUNITY.
