THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO RESOLVING DIALYSIS ACCESS COMPLICATIONS AND AVOIDING OR SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCING COSTLY HOSPITALIZATIONS FOR END STAGE RENAL DISEASE PATIENTS. WHILE SUPPORTING MUTUAL EFFORTS TO LOWER THE COST OF VASCULAR ACCESS SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY SERVICED BY ITS MEMBERS (WFUHS & NCBH), THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO MAKE HEALTH CARE MORE ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY OFFERING VASCULAR ACCESS SERVICES IN A PATIENT-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.
