TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC OF THE OVER-POPULATION ISSUE AND PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE ETHICAL AND HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS THROUGH MEDIA MEDIUMS, LECTURES, AND AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS IN SCHOOL SYSTEMS.
