BUILDING AND COMMUNITY GARDEN AND WAYFINDING: TO IMPROVE THE CITY'S RAILROAD DISTRICT. IMPROVEMENTS WERE MADE TO SIDEWALK AREAS, ADDING A GARDEN WITH BENCHES,& LANDSCAPING. SIGNS WERE ALSO IMPROVED TO SHOW VISITORS HOW TO FIND SPACES AND EVENTS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
PROJECT LEAP: THE PROGRAM ADVERTISED FOR SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE AREA BY HOLDING ZOOM SESSIONS AT THEIR BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS; ENABLING SHOPPERS TO SEE WHAT THE BUSINESSES OFFERED AND BY PROVIDING PURCHASES DURING THE DIFFICULT COVID PANDEMIC.
BRIDGE MURALS: A CREW AND PAINTS AND BRUSHES WERE PROVIDED TO ADD ARTISTIC MURALS AND NEW PAINT TO THE CITY'S DOWNTOWN BRIGES THAT HAD BEEN AFFECTED BY CLIMATE AND WATER FLOODING AND WEED GROWTH.
