THE NMEA MANAGES THE CEREBAL PALSY, VETERANS' SERVICE AND CHARITABLE AND BENEVOLENT TRUST AS ITS THREE MAJOR CHARITABLE AND BENEVOLENT PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS OVERSEEING THE NATIONAL B.P.O. ELKS PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AT THE LOCAL LEVELS.
