A BETTER ME WELLNESS PROGRAM PROVIDED SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE LIFESTYLE CHANGES TO REDUCE THEIR RISK OF CHRONIC DISEASE OR BETTER MANAGE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT FROM HEALTH COACHES AND RESOURCES TO INCREASE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND IMPROVE EATING HABITS. DURING 2020 THE PROGRAM SERVED 74 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED AND 24 ACTIVITY SESSIONS HELD.
