HOPE CLINIC PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN AT OR BELOW THE ECONOMIC POVERTY LEVEL. AFFORDABLE SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE PEDIATRIC CARE, OBSTETRICS, GYNECOLOGY, INTERNAL MEDICINE, CHRONIC CARE MANAGEMENT, FAMILY PLANNING, IMMUNIZATIONS, LABORATORY SERVICES ON SITE, VISION SERVICES, DENTAL SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS. HOPE CLINIC CONTRIBUTED LAND TO ITS RELATED ORGANIZATION HOPE HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER QALICB.
