THE MISSION OF THE JO ANN CARTER HARRELSON CENTER IS TO MEET BASIC HUMAN NEEDS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING, HEALTH CARE AND FAMILY SUPPORT FOR THE WORKING POOR OF OUR COMMUNITY BY MOBILIZING PHYSICAL, HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND BY PROVIDING A SYNERGISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE WHEREIN HUMAN SERVICE ORGAINIZATIONS AND GROUPS CAN COLLABORATE EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY TO THIS END.
