AGBA WILL TAKE A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN PLANNING, PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING THE VITALITY OF THE GATEWAY TO MILWAUKEE - AREA AROUND THE AIRPORT. AGBA MANAGES ITS AFFAIRS PLUS THOSE OF AGBID AND OKBID.

AGBA WAS SUCCESSFUL IN MARKETING AND PROMOTING THE BUSINESS DISTRICT AND OUR MEMBERS VIA A DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM DISTRIBUTED TO HUNDREDS OF CONSUMERS, WEB AND EMAIL MARKETING, AND PARTNERING WITH OTHER BUSINESS/CIVIC GROUPS. WE CONTINUE TO ENHANCE THE IMAGE OF THE AREA THROUGH BEAUTIFICATION AND SAFETY INITIATIVES. PRINCIPALLY, OUR ACTIVITIES HAVE INCLUDED BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING ENHANCEMENTS, MAINTAINING GARDEN BEDS THROUGHOUT THE AIRPORT AREA, PLANNING NEW STREETSCAPE PROJECTS, PROVIDING GRANTS TO PROPERTY OWNERS FOR CURB APPEAL PROJECTS, AND PROVIDING A SECURITY PATROL VENDOR TO SERVE THE AREA. WE ENHANCE THE ECONOMIC VITALITY OF THE AREA THROUGH SUPPORT OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES INCLUDING MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION THROUGH AEROTROPOLIS MILWAUKEE AND RAISING COMMERCIAL PROPERTY VALUES THROUGH THE AIRPORT GATEWAY BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #40.
