AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING FOR 49 TITLE I STUDENTS STARTING IN SECOND GRADE THROUGH GRADE 12. RAISED FUNDS TO PAY FOR POST-HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. STUDENTS GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL IN JUNE, 2019. RFTF BEGAN DISTRIBUTING FUNDS IN 2019 FOR TUITION AND OTHER EXPENSES. STUDENTS ARE NOW COMPLETING THEIR SECOND YEAR OF POST-HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION IN COMMUNITY COLLEGES, FOUR YEAR UNIVERSITIES AND A VARIETY OF OTHER EDUCATION FIELDS.

THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE PROGRAM WAS TO IMPROVE THE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATE FOR LOWER INCOME AREAS OF SPOKANE. THE PROGRAM WAS ABLE TO SEE 45 / 49 LOWER INCOME STUDENTS ACHIEVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.
