LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DURING 2023-24, WE CONTINUED TO TRAIN AND SUPPORT LEADERS ONLINE AND IN PERSON IN LARGE AND SMALL-GROUP SETTINGS. THIS SUPPORT INCLUDED ONLINE BOOT CAMPS, MENTORING WORKSHOPS, AND A LEADERS GROWTH FORUM. WE CONTINUE TO GROW OUR 4+ YEAR INITIATIVE TO TRAIN 11 TOP-LEVEL LEADERS, INCLUDING MONTHLY SEMINARS AND TWO ANNUAL RETREATS. WE ALSO LAUNCHED A NEW LEADERSHIP TRAINING INITIATIVE, OUR CERTIFICATE IN SPIRITUAL FORMATION LEADERSHIP, COMPRISED OF FOUR SIX-WEEK MODULES, INCLUDING WEEKEND RETREATS AT MT. HERMON CONFERENCE CENTER. ALSO NEW THIS YEAR IS THE ADDITION OF A MENTORING COMMUNITY TO CULTIVATE AND EQUIP MENTORS FOR EMERGING LEADERS.


SMALL GROUPS SMALL GROUPS FOCUSING ON VARIOUS STUDIES AND TOPICS MEET AROUND THE COUNTRY. OUR STAFF WAS ENGAGED IN EXTENSIVE PLANNING, LEADERSHIP RECRUITING, TRAINING, DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP TOOLS, AND COACHING LEADERS ON THE FRONT LINES OF MINISTRY. ADDITIONALLY, WE CONDUCTED DAY RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS, BOTH IN PERSON AND VIRTUALLY, IN PENNSYLVANIA, WISCONSIN, SAN DIEGO, SANTA BARBARA, AND THE SF BAY AREA.


LEADERSHIP RESOURCES/PUBLISHING IN 2023-24, WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT OUR SPANISH TRANSLATION OF FIVE MISADVENTURES IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE. WE ALSO CREATED AND SUPPORTED A 10-PART WEEKLY ONLINE STUDY INTEGRATED WITH SMALL GROUPS CALLED GOD AND ME, ACTUALLY. THE NEW SERIES OF FOUR SIX-WEEK LEARNING MODULES FOR IN-DEPTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING FALLS UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF TYRANNUS HALL, OUR LEADERSHIP TRAINING ACADEMY. WE FUNDED A PART-TIME POSITION THIS YEAR FOR A TYRANNUS HALL DIRECTOR.
