A NO KILL ANIMAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ELIMINATING ANIMAL SUFFERING THROUGH HANDS-ON RESCUE WORK, DEDICATION TO SPAY/NEUTER, SHELTER INTERVENTION, EDUCATION AND AWARENESS.

IT IS THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION TO SAVE AS MANY ANIMALS' LIVES AS POSSIBLE AND REDUCE THE NUMBER OF ANIMALS ENTERING SHELTERS BY DOING HANDS-ON RESCUE WORK. THE ORGANIZATION RESCUE DOGS AND CATS FROM EUTHANASIA AT CITY AND COUNTY SHELTERS AND SEEKS TO FIND THEM LOVING PERMANENT HOMES. PRIOR TO ADOPTION ALL ANIMALS ARE SEEN BY VETERINARIANS AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED, VACCINATED AND MICROCHIPPED. THE ORGANIZATION OFTEN RESCUES INJURED OR SICK ANIMALS AND REHABILITATES THEM PRIOR TO ADOPTION. THE ORGANIZATION OBEDIENCE TRAINS HOMELESS DOGS TO HELP THEM BECOME MORE ADOPTABLE AND SUCCEED AS GOOD CANINE CITIZENS.


THE ORGANIZATION RUNS TWO SHELTER INTERVENTION PROGRAMS AKA "KEEP YOUR PET PROJECT" AT LOS ANGELES ANIMAL SERVICES EAST & WEST VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTERS & WITH A 24 HOUR HOTLINE. THESE PROGRAMS GOALS ARE TO PREVENT ANIMALS FROM ENTERING CITY AND COUNT SHELTERS IN LOS ANGELES BY EMPOWERING PET OWNERS WITH OTHER OPTIONS THAN SURRENDERING THEIR FAMILY PET. BY PROVIDING FREE SPAY/NEUTER, VACCINES, FREE OR LOW-COST VETERINARY REFERRALS, DOG OR CAT FOOD, PAYING A PET DEPOSIT & EDUCATING ON TENTANTS RIGHTS, OR PAYING LICENSE, REDEMPTION FEES AND BEING A LIASON TO ANIMAL CONTROL THE ORGANIZATION IS SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASING THE NUMBER OF ANIMALS ENTERING THE SHELTER AND REDUCING THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY PET OVERPOPULATION. THROUGH EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND SUPPORT GUARDIANS WILL HAVE RESOURCES TO KEEP THEIR PETS.


THE ORGANIZATION RUNS "FERAL FIX" A MONTHLY MOBILE SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC FOR FERAL CATS. THE GOAL IS TO HELP REDUCE THE NUMBER OF CATS LIVING ON THE STREETS OF LOS ANGELES AND RELIEVE ANIMAL SUFFERING. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RUNS MONTHLY MOBILE CLINICS FOR THE LOW-INCOME PET OWNERS CALLED "FIX THE VALLEY AND OFFERS FREE AND LOW-COST SPAY/NEUTER FOR DOGS AND CATS IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY TO HELP REDUCE PET OVERPOPULATION.
