THE ASSOCIATION INVITES SPEAKERS TO COME BEFORE THEMEMBERSHIP AND ADDRESS, WITHIN THEIR AREAS OF EXPERTISE,AREAS OF INTEREST TO CONTRACTORS IN THE INDUSTRIAL PAINTINGAND COATING INDUSTRY IN ORDER TO MAKE MEMBERSHIP BETTERINFORMED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THEIRBUSINESS, SO AS TO IMPROVE THE OPERATIONS AND BUSINESSPROCEDURES OF THE MEMBERS, THEREBY ADVANCING THE INDUSTRY.
THE ASSOCIATION ASSISTS THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE COLLECTIVEBARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE LOCAL UNION CHAPTERS TOASSIST THE MEMBERS IN OBTAINING AGREEMENTS WHOSE TERMSALLOW THE MEMBERS TO COMPETE EFFECTIVELY IN THE MARKETPLACEWHILE PROVIDING FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.
