TO PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME ELDERLY AND DISABLED. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A SAFE, SANITARY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. THE PROGRAM ALSO OFFERS RECREATIONAL AND NUTRITIONAL ACTIVITIES TO BENEFIT THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED RESIDENTS.

THE ORGANIZATION OWNS A SIXTEEN UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE LOW AND MODERATE RENTAL HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, THERE WERE SIXTEEN RESIDENTS WITH FIFTEEN RESIDENTS RECEIVING SERVICES.


MEAL PROGRAM PROVIDES ONE MEAL PER DAY (MONDAY-FRIDAY) TO EACH RESIDENT ENROLLED IN PROGRAM. THIS RELIEVES EACH TENANT OF THE BURDEN OF PREPARING THIS MEAL. IT ALSO PROVIDES PROPER NUTRITION AND DAILY SOCIAL INTERACTION. THESE EXPENSES INCLUDE MEAL PLAN PAYROLL, SUPPLIES AND FOOD COSTS.
