WEST MANHEIM HOUSING, INC. ("WMH") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT OPERATES OAKVIEW MANOR, A 19-UNIT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY LOCATED IN HANOVER, PENNSYLVANIA. WMH OPERATES UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS. WMH IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD"). A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF WMH'S RENTAL REVENUE IS GENERATED FROM HUD. WMH'S MAJOR PROGRAM IS SECTION 202, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY.
