THE CONFERENCE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE WOMEN (AND MEN) OF PENNSYLVANIA AND BEYOND TO COME TOGETHER AND ENGAGE IN CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS AROUND CAREER OPPORTUNITY AND GROWTH, EQUITY, ALLYSHIP, LEADERSHIP, AND CHANGE, AND TO GAIN THE ENERGY, SUPPORT, AND INSPIRATION THAT IS NEEDED TO PROPEL THE PURSUIT OF THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS.

THE PENNSYLVANIA CONFERENCE FOR WOMEN PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE, WHICH LAST YEAR INCLUDED A VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND HELD THE DAY BEFORE THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. THE CONFERENCE ALSO PROVIDES YEAR-ROUND CONTENT THROUGH DIGITAL PROGRAMMING AND SHARING ORIGINAL CONTENT THROUGH ITS "WOMEN AMPLIFIED" PODCAST, MONTHLY NEWSLETTER, AND SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS.
